 An antique American sterling silver Ragged Sailor or Bachelor's Button pattern demitasse spoon from the demitasse spoon set, Floral, by Tiffany & Co., hallmarked "T&Co. STG" on its underside, circa 1895. This gorgeous sterling demitasse spoon is beautifully embellished on both its front and back sides with the ragged sailor leaf pattern on its stem and the ragged sailor flower on its end. It is from a set of twelve sterling demitasse spoons by Tiffany & Co. titled, Floral, made during the Art Nouveau period from 1890-1910, which are all beautifully rendered with the American flowers of daisy, dandelion, pansy, violet, forget-me-not, thistle, gentian, wild rose, marigold, ragged sailor, morning glory and clover.
